Bookings

Once your booking date enquire has been confrimed you need to pay the invoice that will be sent to you prior to the booking date. You will then recive a booking confirmation.

This booking confirmation becomes your proof of payment.

Refund Policy for all Training Programmes:
If a participant withdraws 2 weeks prior to the workshop, they will receive a refund of the total course fee minus a $5 administrative fee (per person)

If the participant withdraws from the workshop within 2 weeks, but before five days of the course, they will receive a 50% refund

If the participant withdraws from the workshop within five days of the course, they will receive no refund of the course fee; however, the participant may nominate a replacement at any time before the course commences.

Central Lakes Family Services will refund total payments made by a participant if the course is cancelled.

Privacy Policy

Central Lakes Family Services is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information, we collect in relation to you, is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your bookings.

Central Lakes Family Services uses cookies to allow you to acess and purchase items in your shopping cart. Cookies sent to your computer from Central Lakes Family Services only last while you’re browsing our website. We do not store persistent cookies on your computer.
