Hi Lisa and team,
You were my wonderful antenatal course teacher when I had my second baby, Riley, and I wanted to reach out. I am still so grateful for your lessons; they set us up incredibly well to remind us of what new parenthood looks like as I’d forgotten so much after my daughter!
I am writing today because, as a physiotherapist and a mum, I noticed that the support for C-section recovery is often very limited. To address this, I created an online course to provide information and heartfelt support for mothers who have had—or are planning—a C-section.
If you have any expectant or new mothers in your classes who may need additional support following a C-section, I would be very appreciative if you considered sharing this resource with them:

To view the course videos yourself, please use the free access code: HPCOLLEAGUE.
I also have business cards with a QR code and flyers if that is useful.
There is absolutely no pressure to watch or share this. I simply wanted to connect and share this resource in case you wish to join my mission to offer better support and education to C-section mothers.
What you do is truly amazing, and I will never forget it.
Best wishes,
Caitlin Reid
